"Divided Heaven are the brainchild of Lancaster, PA native Jeff Berman. The expectations of Oblivion are clearly set with the album opener, "Monuments” and follow-up track, "Burn Me.” The former has a poppier and more hopeful sound (the lyrics are on the downtrodden side) with sweeping percussion and a Billy Bragg-sounding guitar, while the latter is a heavier moody rock number with pounding drums and intense emotions. The rest of the tracks take the formulas from these two songs and add their own personal flair."  New Noise Magazine

Jeff Berman fronts the band/singer-songwriter project and has previously played in Philadelphia streetpunk/Oi! band The Boils, New Jersey Hardcore band The RITES, Washington D.C. Hardcore band V.P.R. & Lancaster, Pennsylvania rock 'n roll band The Statiks.
